Particularly good location right next to the train station-great if you are visiting the area, easy to get anywhere. Booked a top-class and beautifully maintained room with comfortable bed, wi-fi and fantastic views.

Beds were a bit hard.

It was clean with very good customer service. The location was magnificent easy to go to Madrid center, very close to a shopping mall.

Located 5 min walk away from Fuenlabrada Central tube station. Incredible, high quality rooms, good bed, amicable staff. Really good facilities.

The nigth front desck atendant was eceptional corteus and very good solving any problems never forget the ecepcinL service he offer us and allways with a smile and tremendous patient he deserves to be the manager of the hotel with employes like himthe hotel would stay full shame his only one and not ten he deserve a promotion tanks

Nice and perfect location with free parking available next to Meson Casa Ludena a nice restaurant, Madrid, Toledo & local regional parks and supermarket and restaurants around the area.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was very good. The location a minute walk from city centre was great and lovely. You could walk to a small shopping mall and a market.

I came here for 1 night and had a comfortable stay. Great value, room was cool, staff were amicable. This reasonably priced and stylish hotel had central setting to the MAD airport. What's more, it was close to a big supermarket, Meson Casa Ludena a nice restaurant, and Madrid, Toledo & local regional parks.

magnificent position along with genuinely helpful staff are the reasons we appreciated this stylish hotel. there is a very warm restaurant for breakfast.

Despite some minor drawbacks, my experience at this hotel was generally positive. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep. The hotel's key location, next to the train and metro stations, made it easy to access various parts of Madrid, including the famous Parque Warner Brothers. The nearby shopping center was a convenient feature, offering a variety of stores and amenities.

I was disappointed that the hotel's restaurant was not open during my stay. the noise level from the nearby plaza was quite bothersome, especially during the late evenings.

Beautiful room with a wonderfully comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom with bidet. Quite near local train service to Atosha Madrid [About 20 min].Don't choose the Metro option, it will take you a lot lot longer to arrive!

Being English a kettle would have been a nice touch in the room, also a choice of pillow heights. My pillow was rather too high for comfort.
